A house should always feel like a home. As a haven away from the world around us, it is where you lay your hat at the end of the day to relax and be yourself. Ultimately, its design and décor reflect your personality, so that what might look like a minor detail to other can have huge significance to you.

The colours we chose to paint our home are also an important testament to our characters. Warm colours are often use in the living room, with bright colours reserved for the kitchen, and soothing colours dominating the bedroom to encourage a relaxing sleep.

None of these are hard and fast rules though. It is your house and should be decorated to suit your needs and tastes. We have therefore compiled a selection of different design concepts, and tips on how to best achieve the results you want.
